Since 2008 Megastra has incorporated it’s own toolroom.
Equipped with the latest in CAD (Solidworks) & CAM (HyperMill) software as well as a DMG 5 axis & HAAS vertical machining centre we are able to now manufacture in-house moulds and tools for our customers.
Megastra now employs a team of dedicated toolmakers with years of experience manufacturing both pressure as well as gravity moulds.
We can also, if required, help design and prototype products for customers. We can handle your project from a simple drawing right through to the mass produced part, all under 1 roof!
Having our own toolroom not only contributes to customer satisfaction by way of 100% quality control of tool manufacture but it is also very cost effective.
